Many customers ask if aftermarket exhaust systems are legal? The answer is yes and no.
It might invalidate the OEM warranty and it might be illegal for some OEM suppliers to sell you an exhaust in some states
however, ICR is a third party and we are selling these as an off road accessory so its not illegal. If we were the original
factory supplier of your vehicle then yes it would be illegal, but we do not warranty the end users vehicle since we did not
manufacture it.
Also it is a common misconception that some aftermarket systems are legal while others are not.
Currently no City, State or Federally approved motorcycle aftermarket exhaust system exists in the U.S. market. Our exhaust
systems are for racing purposes only.
Adding an exhaust will greatly improve your power! Add a custom intake kit
or air filter and velocity stack when upgrading. This will allow the pipe to reach it's maximum power!
