Return
Policy:
We make returns easy and hassle-free. This isn’t a perfect world; mistakes do
happen, but we strive to keep our customers happy.
• All returns MUST have a RMA Customer Return Form completed for a return to be processed. The
Customer Return Form can be found on our website (click here). Returns cannot be
accepted without a Customer Return Form. You will need Adobe Reader to open the form. • All returns must be sent prepaid by parcel post or by UPS,
standard ground service only. Please send to the attention of the Returns Dept. at Indy Cycle Ranch
• Returned items
should be packed well. Be sure to insure the return package with the post office or UPS. • If you need the replacement item right away, we will charge you for the item, but we will
credit you immediately upon receiving and processing the returned item. • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns, unless the return is the result of our
error. • No returns over 30 days from invoice
date will be accepted. • INDY CYCLE RANCH reserves
the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or return shipping. •
Special orders, electrical parts, tools, and manuals are NOT refundable.

Product Pricing:
The majority of our products are sourced
from European and Asian manufacturers. Currency fluctuations between the US Dollar and the Euro can greatly affect the cost
of obtaining goods. All prices subject to change without notice.

Performance Componet's Warranty:
We do not warranty any of these items
for any street use whatsoever. Performance items come only with their manufacturers warranty. Power Packs
Kits:
Power packs are sold as "one size-fits-all" performance
kits. Some parts might not fit a particular brand of scooter or ATV. Some Asian brands lack consistency from year to year
and model to model so you might have a reed or carburetor that does not fit. In these particular cases we recommend ordering
the parts separately or buying the power pack and saving the part for another bike. By ordering the power pack you save 15%
to 35% over buying the parts individually. If you have questions about a particular model or size please call us or email
us before ordering. Privacy Policy: Contact information including email
address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates,
billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.

Purchaser they are in proper physical condition to participate in such activities. If you are not familiar with the operation
of the above products seek professional training before riding. WARNING: the operation of scooters, motorcycles, ATV's,
and personal watercraft involves risks. These may include serious bodily injury and even death. Always wear appropriate
gear (helmets, protective clothing, flotation devices etc.). Never operate these vehicles under the influence of drugs
or alcohol. Obey all laws and regulations that control the use of your vehicle.

Warranty:Scooters, ATVS, Dirt Bikes, Street
Bikes, Pocket Bikes
Standard Warranty: Our warranty is
for 90 days from the date of delivery or 2,000 km or 1200 miles, which ever comes first, for manufacturers defected parts
only. This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts or damaged parts from accidents, abuse, or shipping. If you have
a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll send the part within 5 business days, or let you know the lead
time for the part. In some cases, the parts may have to be shipped from China and may take up to 8-12 weeks for delivery.
In all cases, Purchaser needs to return the defective part before we replace it with a new part. Taxes:
We
do not charge taxes for any shipment outside of Indiana. You may be charged taxes if you register your product for license
plates or tags. All states are different, consult your local tax collector for full information. There is no tax on shipping.
